Merry Christmas!

I am not very good at sending out Christmas Cards- Maybe next year I will attempt true cards- until then- We will wish you a merry Christmas via Blog!!

Millard Family Top 10 for the Year 2011 (in no particular order):

10. We FINALLY moved out of Utah!! (no offense to all of those who live/love there...)
9. Caleb has developed quite the artistic talent- he makes at least 9 new pictures a day.
8. Emily got Baptized on Dec. 3rd!
7. Seven more days until Liam will officially be old- according to Caleb.
6. Six semesters after starting, Julie finally finished her M.S. in Speech Language Pathology.
5. Caleb turned 5 & started Kindergarten!
4. Both Kids made it through 2 sets of swimming lessons each!
3. Emily started 2nd Grade, as well as Karate!
2. Emily climbed under uncle Peter's house and pulled out 2 kittens who joined our household- Figaro & Verga.
1. We got married on March 18th.

Emily, you have become quite the beautiful young lady- and I am now and forever will be proud to call myself your mom. I love you!

Halloween!

This year Emily decided to be Wendy from Peter Pan. She was quite disappointed at Trunk-or-Treat when no one could guess who she was. She made a mighty cute Wendy though!

 Caleb chose to defend us all from the evil emperor Zurg as Buzz Light Year. He was thrilled that his costume included wings.

Getting them both to smile together proved to be quite the feat.

Karate Kid

Emily has begun taking Karate lessons from a friend of ours. She really enjoys it and it is teaching her some wonderful skills such as self confidence, balance, and coordination. She is currently half-way to a yellow belt! What a girl!!

She is pretty entertaining to watch as well- every time her teacher comes close to her she begins giggling while doing the blocks and defenses.
