So I was sitting here tonight looking at all of the blogs of the people I know- and some of those who I have lost contact with, and I realized- I am horrible at updating this thing!! It seems like only yesterday I updated you all- and I think it was last month!!!
Things are going really quite well here. I am changing things up still, but life is slowly starting to make sense and level out! I have started my first job this past week teaching Preschool for one of the local school districts, and I have to say that I love it! I am still hoping for a Kindergarten position in the fall- but only time will tell!
Emily has had an exciting month, we started off with her first Thanksgiving program. Her part went as follows:
Fat Turkeys are we,
We sleep all night in a tree
When the cook comes around
We wont be found
And that's why we're here you see!
Fat Turkeys are we
Gobble Gobble Gobble.

She was very cute and wouldn't stop smiling.

She enjoyed Thanksgiving and seeing her cousins- couldn't stop smiling!

The third week of November came- and so did Emily's Birthday. Here she is with her castle in the clouds birthday cake. She is very excited to be four- she feels so old!

After her birthday both Emmy and Caleb came down with a pretty nasty case of Hand Foot and Mouth. They were both pretty miserable. In an effort to get Emily's hair out of her face I braided it- unfortunately I don't know what when wrong exactly.
Caleb has been having fun as well. He has been enjoying being a boy- Here are some good examples:

Here he is enjoying the first snow of winter- he couldn't quite figure out where that white stuff was coming from.

Relaxing in the windowsill waiting for papa to get home from Boise.
His awesome Mohawk.

And Finally his tractor. He uses this tractor in some of the most interesting ways- he pushes it across the room, he runs it across the room, he sits on the front and rides it across the room (that is what he was doing in the pictures- I just couldn't get them snapped quickly enough) he loads his favorite toys in it- I think it is his favorite toy.
Emily and Caleb get along so well- they are always having fun, and give each other loves often- this is right after family prayers-partial love partial wrestle....
They sure do have fun!

What cute Kids! Congrats again on the preschool position, I hope all goes well!
Does Emily smile all the time? It seems like she's always got a grin on her face. What a cute part she had in the Thanksgiving program. I bet it was really cute.
Caleb looks so big. How old is he now?
Congrats on the preschool job. I'll keep my fingers crossed for the Kindergarten job next fall.
It's good to hear how your little family is doing. Thanks for posting.
Emily does smile all of the time. She is a great girl!
Caleb is 18 almost 19 months. He is getting bigger every day.
Thanks for thinking of us and checking the blog!
Enjoyed reading your blog...Wow that Hand Foot and Mouth stuff can get pretty bad. Glad to hear the kids are doing better.
