I Need Help. I would like to make my blog wider, does that make sense? I have no clue how to do it though. If anyone could help I would appreciate it.

I guess the first question is what do you mean by wider? Do you mean that you want the writing in your posts to be closer to each other, and closer to the edge of the section? Or do you mean that you want the entire center section to take up more of the entire page? I know how to do both. Which are you interested in? Let me know ;)
Hi Julie,
Ok, you select customize. Next select Edit HTML. The HTML will display.
There are four main widths you can adjust.
The first is the header (this would be for your gibbons three header):
Look for in the HTML for
#header-wrapper
Width (then a number, I increased mine to 742 - you can play around with it until it fits your header perfectly)px
The second is Outer Wallpaper:
On my page the outer wall paper is the width of my blue background.
Look in the HTML for:
#outer-wrapper page
Width (followed by a number, I increased mine to 850)px
The third is the main wallpaper:
This is the actual width of your blog text on the left.
Look in the HTML for:
#main-wrapper
Width (followed by a number, I increased mine to 550)px
The forth width is the sidebar, which is the text on the right.
Look in the HTML for:
#Sidebar-wrapper
Width (followed by a number, mine is 250)px
If you have any more questions, please let me know...
Good Luck!
Hey Julie,
I forgot to mention to save the template and you can view it from the same screen. That way if you need to keep making changes you can do it easily.
Take care...
Ask Alita, she's the master with html stuff. Seriosly, she's a genius.

You need to change your template. From your dashboard, go to layout. Click on template and choose one that says 'stretch'. Then your blog will stretch from one side of the screen to the other.
If I understood your question correctly, that's how you fix it.
No clue....
